ABOUT OPCAT
OPCAT,
was founded by Prof. Dov Dori, Head of Area of Information
Systems Engineering at the Technion and Research Affiliate at MIT.
Having identified the problems of engineering complex systems using
current technologies and tools, Prof. Dori and his team of
researchers have been developing Object-Process Methodology (OPM)
and OPCAT, OPM's support software environment since 1993. OPCAT,
was founded in 2005 in order to transfer the scientific
knowledge and the powerful technology from academia to industry for
the purpose of commercializing the technology and license OPCAT.
Acknowledging the importance of cross-fertilization between
innovative thoughts coming from the academia and demand-driven
development coming from the industry, OPCAT collaborates
continuously with OPM researchers and enjoys ongoing infusion of new
ideas and inventions.
